Chainsaw Safety Classes
I have held two of these events: beginner and intermediate. Though they are not set up to certify you, they will provide solid information if you are going to be using your chainsaw around your property anyways. Dennis Laffan has decades of experience and offered information on how to care for and maintain your saw and an introduction to making basic cuts. Later we did a second course which got more in depth and involved different scenarios you will find your trees and deadfall, especially after storms.
It is possible these events will happen again in 2024 if the interest can be gathered.
