Fungi Forage Bite House Dinner Party

Due to the extreme drought conditions this summer, any one spot is not reliable for finding a variety of fungi. As with many of the events I have held this summer, the impacts of climate change are upon us and the reality that all foragers now have to adjust to. Instead of a foraging and ID hike, we will start the event ID’ing and looking at a variety of pre-picked, fresh fungi species at a specimens table, learn the ethics and basics of fungi foraging, do a draw for prizes, and enjoy a very special lunch themed with wild mushrooms and foraged plants with Bryan Picard from the Bite House.

This will change the price of this event from $140 to $100 (no tax).
